We aim to study computer vision problems by pattern recognition and machine learning approaches. Currently our particular interests lie in classification or search in large-scale image or video datasets, semantic segmentation, image captioning, together with face and iris recognition, using Bag of Visual Words (BoVW) and deep learning methods. We always welcome potential collaborations in research and development; we always welcome highly self-motivated students to join our group.
